Classic pencil skirt with an elastic waistband and curly hem finish. Short slit at back hem. Made from original art and hand pleated using the arashi shibori technique. Pattern placement, pleating and measurements slightly vary as each skirt is handmade individually. One size fits most. 100% PES Crepe.
