We respect your privacy and do not sell or distribute any customer information under any circumstances. This includes our mailing list as well as your email information, and any personal information. We do not store credit card numbers. Shipping

Orders are processed within 2 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Express orders placed on weekends will be shipped on Monday. We will notify you as soon as possible of any delays. 

We ship USPS, UPS and Fedex for continental orders depending on your coast. At checkout there is an option to ship overnight or 2-day for an additional fees. Please feel free to contact us for special shipping requests. We ship to Europe, Canada, New Zealand, Australia, Asia, and most of the world. Beklina is not responsible for duty/customs fees. The customer is responsible to pay their own countries customs/duty fees.

Please make sure that your package is shipping to a secure location. Once a package has been tracked as delivered to the correct address, we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages.

For International shipping, once Beklina has delivered the merchandise to the carrier, you will assume the risk of loss and title for the merchandise. You are responsible for any additional taxes and duties. Beklina is not responsible for any fees charged by customs or any delays due to customs.

Returns

We gladly accept returns for store credit within 14 days of ship date. Apologies, no refunds. Sale and discounted merchandise, as well as special orders, are final sales. Jewelry is not returnable. To make a return, please email us with your order information. Please include your name and email with your return. Returns received after 14 days will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. You will receive notification via email once we receive your return. Note, if you email us, and do not get a response, please check your junk/spam folder; we reply to all emails within 24 hours.

Gift Wrap

Gift-wrapping is available upon request for an additional fee of $10. Please contact us and tell us your order number and requests.

Sales Tax

Orders shipped to California will incur 7.25% sales tax.
